“The Funky 23”

A No ABV cocktail with great mouthfeel

  • 1.5 oz Freshly Brewed Mint Tea
  • 1 oz Strawberry Whey*
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .75 Earl Grey Syrup (1:1)**
  • 3 drops 20% Saline Solution***
  • 10 drops of Pineapple Express CBD terps (from hemp)
  • 3 drops of Ms. Betters Bitters Miraculous Foamer

Dry shake all ingredients for about 5 seconds
Add ice and vigorously shake and strain into rocks glass and large cube. Garnish with streaks of Blure (butterfly pea blossom extract)

*Strawberry Whey-
- 4.25 cups strawberries
- 8.5 cups milk
- 5 oz lemon juice
Blend together the strawberries and milk, stir in the lemon and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes.
Filter through superbag or centrifuge to capture the clear strawberry-infused whey.

**Earl Grey Syrup-
Brew a cup of earl grey tea (8 oz of boiling water over a tea bag, steeped for 6 minutes)
Measure the yield and blend with equal parts natural cane sugar
ex. 250ml of tea with 250 natural cane sugar

***20% saline solution
Blend 40 grams of sea salt with 160 ml of water until dissolved.  Store in dropper bottle.

“Battery Sunset”

  • 2 oz Butterfly Pea Infused Vodka
  • .5 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon Wheel

Add triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice to shaker. Shake until chilled. Pour Vodka in Martini glass. Use barspoon to layer contents from shaker.  Float lemon wheel to garnish. 

“Magic Negroni”

  • 1 oz Stray Dog Gin
  • 1 oz Select Aperitif Liqueur
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Exotic Syrup
  • Top with Soda
  • Edible Pearlescent Powder
  • Garnish: Coral Waffle

“Hello Brooklyn”

  • 12 oz Fort Hamilton Rye
  • 1 oz Giffard Banana Liqueur
  • 2 oz Hibiscus Blood Orange Tea Shrub
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Bittermens Chocolate Mole Bitter
  • Egg White
  • Garnish: Hibiscus smoked lava salt Curtain on round glass.

Combine all ingredient into shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Remove ice from shaker and Dry shake for another 20 seconds. Double Stain cocktail into glass.

Hibiscus Blood Orange Tea Shrub

In a pot, add 2 cups of water, 4 hibiscus tea bags, ¼ cup of dried hibiscus leaves, 4 oz of blood orange juice, ¾ cup of sugar and ½ cup of white distilled vinegar. Stir on medium-low heat until sugar completely dissolves. Let tea steep with tea bags for 10 minutes. Strain tea bags and hibiscus leaves out of tea.
