What prompted you to want to become a member of this year's BCB Brooklyn Education Committee? Is there an industry shift or topic that you would like attention drawn to as a result?

It’s just an honor to be able to join all the prestigious committee members so that was a driving factor! The topic of choice is to be able to continue the education on Non-Alc and alternative products. It drives our industry forward and promotes inclusive mindful consumption. While evolving the way we craft cocktails and design creative drinking experiences!
