What are you most looking forward to at BCB Brooklyn 2025?

Seeing more and more Global bartenders and Brands joining us in the Big Apple.

What prompted you to want to become a member of this year's BCB Brooklyn Education Committee? Is there an industry shift or topic that you would like attention drawn to as a result?

I am passionate about education and I am thrilled for the new voices joining the team this year. They are examples of excellence in the US hospitality.
