What are you most looking forward to at BCB Brooklyn 2025?

I’m most looking forward to seeing the latest innovations in mixology and cocktail culture! It’s always exciting to witness the creativity that comes from bartenders and brands pushing the boundaries of flavor, technique, and presentation. Plus, the chance to connect with industry leaders, attend insightful workshops, and dive into tastings of new spirits is invaluable. I can’t wait to see what trends and ideas will shape the future of the bar world!

What prompted you to want to become a member of this year's BCB Brooklyn Education Committee? Is there an industry shift or topic that you would like attention drawn to as a result?

What motivated me to join this year's BCB Brooklyn Education Committee was a desire to help shape the future of our industry through meaningful conversations and education. The bar world is constantly evolving, and I believe it's crucial to spotlight topics that will drive positive change.

Highlighting the importance of inclusivity and diversity in our industry, especially when it comes to leadership roles, is a conversation I’m passionate about. I want to help elevate these discussions and ensure they are front and center in our community's future.
